BHASVIC wins national funding to research the teaching
of mathematics
|
The department carried out a project over one
year, using the Japanese method of collaborative lesson planning
called ‘Lesson Study’, to trial various approaches
to improving motivation and achievement in their students. The
results have been impressive and the department consistently
achieves A Level results in the top 10% of the country.
