David Bell, Permanent Secretary of The
Department for Children, Schools and Families [ DCSF ], visited
BHASVIC on 5th October 2007. Chris Thomson, BHASVIC’s
Principal, had written an article in The Guardian concerning
the government’s educational agenda and it was this
that prompted the visit. David, pictured right, met with
staff, students and governors and joined in a very lively
Politics lesson.
