Anthea Bell Prize for Translation

Success in the Anthea Bell Prize for Young Translators - Students in the Languages and Culture Department have been taking part in the annual translation competition run by Queen's College, the University of Oxford. We are delighted that A2 student Emily Ludlam was selected by the judges as the overall winner for the South East region for her translation from French to English. Lorelei Knopf was also awarded a special commendation for her translation from Spanish to English. This is a national competition with thousands of entries so this is a fantastic achievement
