BHASVIC Christmas Concerts 2025

On Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 December, talented BHASVIC students performed in two Christmas concerts. The concerts featured salsa, soul, and jazz bands, woodwind, brass, and string ensembles, early music group, orchestra, and choir, as well as class performances by over 130 A Level and BTEC Music students. The ensembles meet every week for lunchtime rehearsals and include many students not studying Music. The concert featured an eclectic range of music including Leroy Anderson's "A Christmas Festival" for orchestra, Chicago's "Street Player", Benny Goodman's "Sing, Sing, Sing" and the all time Mariah Carey Christmas Classic "All I want for Christmas is You".
