Commendation for Lily in National Competition

Lily Stands at BHASVIC with her commendation certificate from The Queen's College

This year, students from the Languages and Culture department at BHASVIC participated in the fifth annual Anthea Bell Prize for Young Translators competition. One such student, Lily, was awarded with a commendation for her translation from German to English. The competition is a national event organised by The Queen's College Translation Exchange at the University of Oxford, with over 22,000 students across the UK taking part this year. The judges noted the extremely high standard in this year's competition, validating this fantastic achievement for Lily.
