BHASVIC Exams Calendar

See Exams Webpage for all Results and Exams services. A new calendar for the 2024-25 exams will be published in December 2024.

National, Final, External Exams: Please see the timetable for all the A Level, GCSE Maths and English retakes, AS Level and some BTEC courses which we run at BHASVIC.

Clashes: If you have an exams clash (two exams taking place at the same time) the exams office will be in contact with you to resolve it. Normally, you will by doing 2 exams on one day with lunchtime supervision. The only time that alternative arrangements will be made is if you have 3 exams on one day, this is very rare and we will also discuss this with you.

Practical Exams: All these (such as language orals, visual arts, performance, science and sports practicals) are organised by your department and your teacher will give you the dates and times. They are not included in this calendar.

Contingency days/afternoons: You must be available to take an exam on these dates. They would be used if there was a problem with a national exam needing to be rescheduled (such as the leak of an exam paper). DO NOT plan holidays on these dates, as you may be called in to take an exam.

Delayed or unable to attend: Please inform the college as soon as possible using the Exams office direct number 01273 859806. If you are late, on your arrival at college go straight to the exam room, enter the room quietly, and wait by the door until an invigilator comes to help you – don’t panic! If you are unwell you will have to provide a doctor's note if you want the exams office to apply for special consideration.

If you are unwell during the exam: Please raise your hand and tell an invigilator, they have a range of ways to support you. After the exam, they will inform the Exams Office, who may be able to apply for special consideration on your behalf.

Any other matters: please always check our Exams webpage at https://www.bhasvic.ac.uk/exams for all questions and information about exams.
