Daniel is Head of the Department of Evolution, Behaviour and Environment at the University of Sussex. He has worked at Sussex for over 30 years, doing teaching and research in neuroscience, as well as in leadership roles. Daniel has long worked to support inclusivity and widening participation for Sussex students and staff, and has a good understanding of the needs and aspirations of HE students. Daniel’s two sons have greatly benefited from their time at BHASVIC.
