Important Information

Main Reception will close from 12:45 on Thursday 11 July. Main Reception will be open from 9am to 3pm only from Monday 12 August until Wednesday 28 August. Normal college Reception opening hours will commence at 8am on Thursday 29 August. The college site will be open, except on Bank Holiday Monday 26 August, however, most staff will be unavailable. If you need to contact a Department by email, please take a look at our Contact Us page.

Results and your choices

Please note this page will be updated before each result event occurs as different information be will available for each type of qualification, this currently has general information so you know what to expect.

Getting your results

Thursday 15 August for A/AS Levels, BTEC, Criminology & EPQ

Thursday 22 August for GCSEs

Students will be able to access their results from 8am via CEDAR (accessed via this link, the Student Dashboard of the college website or the myBHASVIC App). Results will be accessible via the 'Exams' section of the student's CEDAR profile.

Paper copies of results will also be posted, first class, to the registered home address on Results Day.

Students expecting results should therefore double-check that they can access their CEDAR account, and that we have the correct postal address on the ‘My Details’ page of CEDAR by Friday 2nd August at the latest. To update their postal address students should email registry@bhasvic.ac.uk from their BHASVIC account. 

If students are unable to access CEDAR, please contact the IT Team at the email address: ithelpdesk@bhasvic.ac.uk.  

Support will be available for students from 8am on results day via a virtual helpdesk. A link to the helpdesk form will be shared ahead of the day.

BHASVIC Post-Results Services

After you receive your results you have a number of choices:

  • A breakdown of individual marks for each exam paper
  • A copy of your exam script for one or more of your exam papers
  • A review of marking
  • Resit (also see resit page)
  • Appeals
