Wilhelmenia currently works within a professional regulator as an EDI Workforce specialist, leading initiatives and projects to support employees. She is an experienced educator and pastoral manager with a Masters of Research in Education dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable learning environments. During her previous employment at BHASVIC, Wilhemenia contributed to implementing EDI initiatives including collaborations with Citizens UK and the Brighton and Hove Anti-Racist Strategy Team.
