Main Reception will close from 12:45 on Thursday 11 July. Main Reception will be open from 9am to 3pm only from Monday 12 August until Wednesday 28 August. Normal college Reception opening hours will commence at 8am on Thursday 29 August. The college site will be open, except on Bank Holiday Monday 26 August, however, most staff will be unavailable. 2022 Newnham College Essay Prize

Congratulations to former BHASVIC student Rose Rowland who has been awarded 2nd place in the Woolf Essay Prize at Newnham College, Cambridge University. 

2022 Newnham College Essay Prize - Due to a change in the structure of the Essay Prize Competition this year, winners are splitting the prize money with their previous college or school. BHASVIC will be awarded £100 which Rose has kindly donated towards books for the college library for purchasing: The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir, The Waves by Virginia Woolf and Women's Words: The Feminist Practice Of Oral History by Sherna Gluck.
