Interview practice for BHASVIC Business students
48 of our Business students benefitted from interview practice last week. As part of their final coursework unit the students are exploring the methods a business of their choice uses to effectively recruit and select the best employees. They then chose one of the business’s current vacancies and are planning their route into this post. Part of this planning process is to be interviewed for the role. Recruitment experts from the following local businesses kindly volunteered their time and expertise to interview our students – The Pensions Regulator, Job Socks, Win At Life, The Grand, and Brighton, Hove & Albion FC.
It’s so invaluable for our students’ personal development and futures to experience this potentially nerve-wracking process and receive feedback on their performance. We are really grateful for the support provided by our business visitors, and by our own Events team, and we are looking forward to repeating this activity next year.
