The Student Union held a Question Time style debate in the Main Hall

The Student Union held a Question Time style debate in the Main Hall with student representatives from all the main political parties present. The session was opened by the Labour Candidate for Hove, Peter Kyle. Peter emphasised the importance for students to register to vote. The deadline to register is 11:59pm on the 26 November. You can register both if you’re aged 16 or over (or 14 or over in Scotland) a UK citizen (or an Irish, EU or Commonwealth citizen with a permanent UK address) https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
