TASS Dual Career Programme
TASS Dual Career Programme
As part of BHASVIC's thriving sport department we are delighted to be a TASS Dual Career Accredited site. This accreditation means we are able to support our most talented athletes to access their studies and their sporting commitments whilst studying with us.
What is TASS?
TASS (Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme) is an athlete support programme which helps talented athletes to balance their sport and studies, with the goal of them being able to reach their potential in both. Backed by Sport England, the TASS partnership brings together athletes, education institutions and sports, in
order to support our country’s most exciting young talents.
The TASS Dual Career Accreditation Scheme
This scheme is focused on an institution’s ability to provide academic support and flexibility to their student-athletes.
Aims:

• To establish a network of athlete-friendly institutions, who work together, to provide student-athletes with the support network they need
• To create more opportunities for support, as well as logical pathways for student-athletes
