Katy leads Marketing and Communications for Solent University, Southampton. She has 25 years’ expertise working across the HE sector in senior management positions, including roles at both the universities of Sussex and Brighton, as well as board and governor roles. Katy has extensive knowledge of the University application process, and the many factors which play a part. Plus expertise and insight in HE decision-making trends, and the many competing factors that influence, and really matter to the 16, 17 and 18 year olds of today . Values-driven, with positive experiences of change-management, decisive and compassionate leadership, and results, Katy is motivated to work with organisations seeking to make a meaningful and positive difference in their community.
