A senior HR Director for Legal and General with experience across insurance, pensions, asset management, housing and international expertise. At heart a generalist with extensive experience of Employee Relations.
Neil is local and was brought up through the Brighton and Hove School system, attended BHASVIC and whose 3 children have been to schools in Brighton and Hove.
Previously a Governor at Mile Oak, Neil has been a Governor at BHASVIC for several years. Neil is presently Vice Chair of Corporation and also Chairs the Search and Governance and Remuneration Committees. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.
